VSDOpen2021 - Dedicated to VLSI Education and Sky130 Tapeout Programs by VSD Students 3 tutorials, 3 Keynotes, 2 SoC design track, 2 students tapeout track, 1 EDA track and 1 (Surprise) Industry talk by Synopsys Hi There, VSDOpen2021 is in its 4th year and we are so Thankful to the entire semiconductor industry for making it so impactful this time (See poster above). VSD had a great year and we are so pleased to share our model with you, so that you can replicate the whole program in your own country, your own state, your own city and your own district. The theme of this year's VSDOpen is "*Global chip design talent shortage and workforce development*". Along with many organizations around the world, we were also quite successful in developing a model for talent shortage globally at mass scale, but not enough. We would need your help, your support, your guidance, your mentorship, your feedback, your sponsorship in whichever way possible to make sure that our programs reach every student at the lowest cost possible. We have rewards for anyone and everyone who is dedicated enough towards chip design.
