I can't find the spice model for n/pfet_06v0 in the gf180mcu PDK which seems to be what the standard cells use in the design I synthesized with openlane. Where is that device model? And out of interest, why are the standard cells using the 6V device?

looking at it it seems to add some additional params and equations for the primitive devices
