I've been trying out
#SiliWiz, which lets you draw and simulate silicon layouts in your browser. After going through the CMOS inverter tutorial, I made a 12-transistor Toffoli gate.
The Toffoli gate has inputs A, B and C. Its output is equal to not(C) when A and B are both set, and to C otherwise. It is important in reversible computation and quantum computation, but here is just an example of a nontrivial logic gate that we may build.
