Devices 1 --> nwell region with guard ring

will draw a complete nwell guard ring, and

Devices 1 --> deep nwell region

will do the same. I really ought to have a similar method for substrate guard rings; instead, I have

Devices 1 --> substrate contact

(1.8V and 3.3V versions). The reason they don't draw rings is because often you just want to drop a substrate contact down near a circuit, not necessarily a ring. If you want to make a ring, draw a substrate contact four times (or write an additional generator for complete substrate rings).
