Is there a way to align edges of blocks/rectangles?

Not sure. Some form of quick alignment (snap of box to next edge or corner) is high on my magic feature wish list. @Tim Edwards any ideas?

I have to think about the implementation. If it's not done well, then it can easily be less than useless.
