Changed the columns to "io_config'ured IOs" and "actually used IOs " to make it clearer

Cleaned up the spreadsheet to have one sheet dedicated to MPW-2

all of my results were for mpw2
there are no chips for mpw3 or anything else yet
I tried to move them back, but I entered 7 rows and now there are only 6
