the sky130 SPICE libs has been converted to support ngspice lib format https://mos-ak.org/silicon_valley_2022/presentations/Edwards_AWG_MOS-AK_Dec_7_2022.pdf If LTSPICE supports ngspice lib format, answer will be "yes"
