Hi ,
I am trying to install open_PDK version in my ubuntu.
Here, I cloned the file from git hub
*<https://github.com/google/skywater-pdk>*  

In the website, it says to use ./configure (from the below link)
<http://opencircuitdesign.com/open_pdks/index.html>

But in the gitup repository there is no configure file. How to proceed now?

install `open_pdks` from here: <https://github.com/RTimothyEdwards/open_pdks>

I have run these commands already, should I rerun again ?

are these two repositories same or different? looks like same with addition of configure file

I am doing it for first time, want to be safe

Install with different directory and use `export` command to point open_pdks directory
