parameter represents the number of devices in parallel. The equivalent single device would have a length of L and a width of W*M.

@Mitch Bailey The magic params window has two options one is fingers and other is M. Is this M same as the M that is seen above in spice file ?

In the parameterized MOS devices, the number of fingers is along the X axis with shared sources and drains, while M represents the number of devices along the Y axis, which are unconnected from each other.
