@Tim Edwards @Mitch Bailey Hi, I am getting this warning while extracting the layout with RC flat. Can you please reply the reasoning behind it and what is the minimum area. Current box size is 0.17 x 0.22. I am also using the latest version of magic updated on 16th december. Warning: mvpdiffc at -45050 82497 smaller than extract section allows.

Don't worry about that warning; in the worst case it might mean that magic misses adding the resistance of a single contact, but more often it comes from small overlaps in contacts and doesn't make a difference to the extraction at all. I need to clean up the contact extraction code some day. . .
