I'm unable to do tapeout submission.. but I have seen few of the projects have passed this test.. How??

I think these are tapeout jobs now being run by efabless, not by end platform users

I believe Jeff said: Efabless will process the tapeout for this shuttle after the submission deadline. You only need to complete a successful precheck for this shuttle.
