You probably don’t want Metal4 power grid routing over your macro.

I think they're suggesting to use GRT_OBS to avoid routing over macros.

Had the same issue with PDN generator shorting power pins, setting

FP_PDN_MACRO_HOOKS

in the

config.tcl

did the trick for me without blocking the whole macro-area
