I can just see the photo that I shared with you. when I want to view details, I encounter the error.

I can't duplicate these issues; everything works for me. Try a different browser, different login, re-enter the project, etc. @jeffdi -- any ideas?

I have no choice, but to re-enter the project. So, should I delete the previous one?

I would first create a new one before deleting anything.

I have tried everything suggested and I could think of. I even tried inspecting the network tab for the submission page and found a 500 internal server error when I create/save the project. I tried it with the caravel github link as well.

same here; I have tried different browsers and with different laptops as well. But not able to make a single successful submission.
