It just means that you haven't logged into open galaxy, and the open galaxy workspace will be idled so we (efabless) don't have to pay for unused compute time on the cloud servers. If you have running processes on the workspace, they will be shut down. Otherwise, if you let the time expire, the only downside is that the next time you try to access it, it will take a couple of minutes to boot back up.

No, you can simply ignore the email so long as all of your work is saved

@Ashutosh Kumar: Yes, that should be okay, and you can ignore the email. We just like to give people fair warning in case they might have unfinished work like a layout in magic or klayout on open galaxy that would get axed when the cloud server shuts down.
