Hello everyone, I have a general question about sky130's diodes. I have simulated a few of them and see that the forward voltage drop is significant at over 0.6 V. The best performer is the pw2nd_11v0 one with 0.7 V drop at 5 mA. I do not care about leakage much and the forward voltage drop is killing my design. Is there a better option like a schottky diode available in sky130, because i can't seem to find any. On top of that, i get the same results for diodes pw2nd_05v5 and pw2nd_05v5_lvt even though I can see in magic there is a difference in construction. Why is that?
