Hello, could someone here please state me clear-cut steps to use openram with sky130 pdk? I am unable to find good resources for that.

Take the LEFs, GDSs from installed open pdks with openram cells enabled. For openlane, feed these files in config.tcl For analog layout just copt and place them in magic/klayout.
