Apologies for late reply. At the moment Nifty Chips Lab @ HYU is working on enabling Laygo2 with SKY130, magic, xschem, ngspice and netgen and have made a great progress. AC3E (Jorge Marin) group from Chile will try to enable it within Harald Pretl's Docker. At the moment HYU repo is still private and this collaboration is part of bootcamp preparation Silicon Austria Labs (together with colleagues) is organizing.

Hi Thomas, Nifty Chips Lab has enabled the flow with Laygo2 and SKY130. Check w/ pikkoro97@hanyang.ac.kr for more details. MOSAIC group is working on os_db_template, but we dont have manpower to finish it soon. Expecting one intern to start in June. Matthias Koefferlein and Stefan Schippers are helping so if you have time and motivation to contribute, please let me know.
