Hello, I'm measuring the current through a reversely biased diode(model=diode_pw2nd_05v5_nvt) by sweeping the voltage across it. The current doesn't look real to me. I've tried a few other examples and got the same results. Does anyone know what's the proper model/method to simulate the diode in reverse-biased region? Thanks as always guys
