Hi all, does anybody have a KLayout Z Stack for SKY130?

Hi, thank you, I had no idea that Klayout could do that. I was using GDS3D to view a 3D render of the gds. I took the techfile that already exists for SKY130 in GDS3D and adapted it for Klayout. Seems consistent with the process stack diagram (https://skywater-pdk.readthedocs.io/en/main/rules/assumptions.html#process-stack-diagram), although I'm not sure about the position of CAPM and CAP2M layers. You might want to check GDS3D too (https://github.com/trilomix/GDS3D)

Awesome, thanks. I tried GDS3D and it had pretty limited features, I wanted to hide layers. The tinytapeout viewer is what I'd ideally use but it's far too slow for proper designs (the gltf file for my design is 250MB, it just froze)

Mmm, that's strange, the version I'm using is 0.28, I cloned it from Github on 19/September, but I don't see it

Not one that I'm aware. Try with this one, copy and in Klayout ->Tools ->2.5d view -> New 2.5d script and paste it
