@Matthew Guthaus Just out of curiosity, are there any gf180mcu compatible SRAMs which pass efabless tape-out check ? Is this already discussed somewhere ?

https://github.com/google/globalfoundries-pdk-ip-gf180mcu_fd_ip_sram Maybe? We are working on OpenRAM using those cells but they are tricky to extract due to a number of issues.
