Hi everyone, what does klayout beol check failed mean, what can possibly cause them? I tried to indicate failing points by doing

klayout -m klayout_beol_check.xml user_project_wrapper.gds

but it returns an error like

ERROR: XML parser error: Expected '/' here: |(2934.45, .. in line 454, column 97

. Seems there is something wrong with report file, which I attach here. Also you can find all relevant files in my github repository.

Your klayout version may be old. Can you try updating to the latest version?

Solved it by sparsing power pins. Thanks a lot!
