Hello All, I have a pretty simple circuit that is supposed to simulate a behavior of adjacent photo diodes using temperature difference. Using OP point analysis it can be shown that there is a difference in the current value between the diodes and the respective sum on the V6 branch also corresponds to the sum of the actually connected diode (D1 via M1 transistor). I have set gmin to be 1.0e-20 in order to get rid of the linear dependence I(V) on the reverse polarized diode for the small currents (picoamps)
