@Pepijn de Vos @Leonardo Gomes I used magics generators. Both nmos and pmos are drc and lvs clean. the pwell in gds should not exist. If it does then we have a bug somewhere. Furthermore. NMOS is not supposed to have a "well". Psubstrate is the "well". PMOS have a layer called nwell, which defines, the well. NMOS does not have one, because lack of nwell is the psubstrate. I will repeat what I wrote above. prBoundry is a non mask layer. It is not used for anything other than analog layout designers convenience. Pwell correct name of which is psub in sky130 is clearly defined as inversion of nwell. Everything that is not nwell IS psub. This is true for all of the foundries that I am familiar with, including sky130.
