What is in the layout?  No, NSDM/PSDM/NPC or any implant layer cannot join at a corner like that.  Magic will automatically generate shapes to correct for this.  But if a foundry layout like a standard cell is used, Magic won't mess with them.  That is the usual way that such errors crop up, when standard cells are used improperly by not abutting them correctly, or by not filling the entire area with standard cells.
