Another precheck error is this: zeroarea, when I try to delete the maker error, I failed. So how can I eliminate this error properly?

<@U03839Z8D28>:  The bottom plate distance error is a known false-positive error in klayout.  You do not need to worry about it, although you may need to send a message to Jeff DiCorpo if it is preventing you from successfully passing precheck.

You can also ask Jeff about how to select and remove zero-area shapes in klayout.  We have done it before, or advised users on the issue, but I don't know the procedure myself.
