Hi @Tim Edwards, we are running into .def netgen lvs mismatch for some top level output pins. I think the mismatches are because those pins can be shared, and def2spice somehow interpretted the sharing differentlty? During extraction, I can also see

Warning:  Ports "io_oeb[0]" and "io_oeb[1]" are electrically shorted.
