Hi, I am trying to run my design with manual pdn.cfg, but it seems it did not work and then stuck at detail placement. I want to ask which one is a more stable version of OpenROAD tool. Already file an issue here. <https://github.com/The-OpenROAD-Project/OpenLane/issues/1125>
