Hi all, does anyone know is it possible to get bare die without WLSCP for MPW6?

I believe it says on the e-fabless FAQ that it is not possible to get bare dies. You can only get them if you are on an chip ignite shuttle.

@Jure Vreča Thanks for the answer. That's what I thought, but I am a little confused because I saw a degisn in MPW1, "analog & RF IPs", using a custom padframe. I think that custom padframe is for bare die and wire bonding, but maybe I am wrong.

we got bare dies in mpw1 because of the hold violations. It was thought maybe having bare dies would enable other types of fixes
