Hi all, I have met an ERROR {{FAILURE}} 2 Check(s) Failed: ['Default', 'XOR'] !!!{{XOR CHECK FAILED}} The GDS file has non-conforming geometries. Is there anything may be related to the ERROR?

There should be an error log where you can load the differences into klayout.
