Hi Tim, we are trying to verify the magic generated GDS in Calibre DRC/LVS. But it seems that there are some layer mismatch between magic and closed source SKY130 PDK. Do we need to do any special operations when exporting the GDS to closed PDK? @Tim Edwards

There should be no layer differences between the closed-source and open-source PDKs. If you're concerned about this, you can message me on a private channel so we can sort it out. I am not always aware of what SkyWater does in their closed-source PDK.
