in the mos transistor instead of

L=... W=...

I have set

L=0.15 W=1

. W=0.35 is too small, so use something bigger. See also chapter 31 of the ngspice manual to know how to save internal currents / voltages / parameters (like gm) of your simulations. Of course change the .lib according to your skywater installation.
