I experimented with it on the StriVe chip (prototype before Caravel), to confirm that it runs and it has a frequency that is more or less what was simulated. As I've mentioned before, the Caravel MPW-one chip is pretty limited, functionally, and I have not been able to test very much on it at all. It appears that you have been able to get more things working on your chip than anyone else that I'm aware of. So you're now driving all of the validation (congratulations, or something like that).
If you can get the DLL running, I suggest running it in DCO mode for starters. When it is in locked mode, the clock pulse width varies slightly from pulse to pulse (high cycle-to-cycle jitter), and the MPW-one chips have bad enough timing behavior as it is, with a perfectly stable clock input.
