shows that 3.3 V is connected to the VDDA domains. Will the PCBs to be sent as a part of chipignite program contain options to change the analog VDD to 1.8V?

Yes. Assuming we keep the setup we used for the test board, then the user domains are connected through a pin header where you can connect them to 3.3V, 1.8V, or just feed in an external supply voltage.
