@User large output devices can be often be counted as 'self-protecting' against ESD if the drain width is long enough. 'Long enough' is usually documented in the design manual but I couldn't spot anything on readthedocs. Do you know if there's any skywater documentation on the matter?

Need to pull back the silicide if an output device is used for ESD.
