how to overcome this (for harden design using openlane)

@Mohammad Khalique Khan It is probably an actual DRC error. You need to check the klayout report. You can view the drc violations by

klayout -m <klayout-xml-report> <your-user_project-wrapper-gds>

but in magic zero drc error is showing how to fix that if not able to know please help someone
