I would advise running the precheck locally and checking the output files. You can load the xor files with klayout and see where the overlaps are

The precheck successfully passes when I run the "make precheck" locally. I see the "xox failed" errors only in my GitHub page. What does that mean? Is it concerning?

the repo has something called 'github actions' but I don't konw if they are working or not
