Hello @User, I am trying to extract the short resistance (sky130_fd_pr__res_generic_po) from sky130_fd_sc_hd__conb_1 cell using the resistor extractor in this link https://www.klayout.de/doc-qt5/manual/lvs_device_extractors.html#h2-19. I tried several combination for the res_layer ("R" parameter) and contact_layer ("C" parameter) but it is not working. Could you please help with this ? I am attaching 'sky130_fd_sc_hd__conb_1.gds'

I do not know anything about device extraction using klayout.
