@User I was curious how your simulation efforts have been going?

It's partially manual work to get files ready for the solvers but from there one can go from solver to 2-port S parameters to narrow band pi model.

Sorry for the really late reply. Nice one, what are you simulating? The inductor GDS in the analogue cells?

The rf_test_coils in the primitive release were from the 3 metal variant of the process so I skipped testing those. But now that you've mentioned it, I want to take a look at them. I've been using a pcell generated passives, and varying a bunch of stuff and comparing with approximate analytic expressions.
