@User: I can now run the open_pdks install, then create a project for myself with an xschem directory, create a schematic, generate a netlist, and export it to an initial layout in magic. It needs a lot of refinement, but it's good progress for the end of the week!

If you grab the latest open_pdks and build, then the setup is simply to create a directory and make a symbolic link to

/usr/share/pdk/sk130A/libs.tech/xschem/xschemrc

. Then if you run xschem, it should be all properly set up for sky130. I will prepare more documentation once I have finished this round of edits.
