@User Thank you, will re-clone the whole pdk, and see if the parameter reordering patch is still needed/working, if everyone agrees (i don't think there are any side effects) i can submit.

what are these new changes,like if they are major ones should i download skywater pdk again?

@Stefan Schippers: I reworked your patch to put it directly into open_pdks, by applying it to skywater-pdk first, then installing open_pdks, then generating a new patch file for the installed files. It worked without any issues (that was just a few days ago). And yes, it is still needed. No updates have been made to the underlying libraries for months, as those have all been waiting on this switch to github.
