Yes, but you need to format it like this:
third_party/something/LICENSE
third_party/something/...files...

Your top level Makefile and wire glue needs to be Apache 2

And you should probably do some kind of patent due diligence on the full combined system, since patents are the reason to use Apache 2

Although ... Apache 2 only grants license to patents of the author ... doesn't say anything about patents held by other people.
