I think your account needs to be manually approved. When did you signup with linked in oauth?

I think is took maybe a business day or so. Min was requested on wednesday and approved on friday. Thanksgiving in the US was thursday

hm I made the account about a week or so ago and still have that error, no issue submitting the project though
