@User there is no requirement to use OpenLane to generate your gds. just include the gds with the source files used to generate it (for the Open MPW program). for chipIgnite you just need to provide gds.

@hamza shabbir we are looking at a version of the caravel padframe without the management area for a future shuttle (probably later this year). It will not support 20 mm2 though. No other foundry or node support at this time.
