Does any body know about why this violation occur while running DRC check?

Is this for your macro or the wrapper? If it's for the wrapper then I normally put an obstruction for li on the whole area

it;s a good idea to avoid routing on li1 on the wiring anyway as it's such high resistance compared to metal
