My project uses only one digital power/ground. Is it allowed to skip generation of stripes for unused domains and generate only rings for them?

probably. I haven't tried turning them off, but our designs also only use one power domain

I think we are allowed to adjust the pdn scripts but I don't actually know how to turn off the unused ones
