The Google MPW runs all are packaged with the WSCLP bump bonds.

Thank you, @User. Do you know if the WLCSP package used is a standard one or was it custom designed for the MPW?

It was custom designed for the Caravel chip. There is documentation on the dimensions, landing pad, etc., in the caravel repository, although that is probably now only in the former repository, which is now called caravel-mpw-one (or something like that), since the WLCSP layers only needed to be created once, and they will be used for all MPWs until we decide to update it (i.e., spend another about $20k on the masks).
