Hi, I am using the 'res_xhigh_po_0p35' (sky130) resistance in my design and I am getting this DRC violation ("minimum/maximum width of licon: 0.17 ) for its local interconnect contact in KLayout, but not in Magic. (Images attached). It's the contact that gets generated by default in the auto-generated res_xhigh_po_0p35 layout. Would you say it's safe to neglect this DRC error shown by KLayout and just stick with Magic DRC or how may I fix this?

The klayout rule is wrong. Get the most recent klayout deck from open_pdks.
