Hi, I have an issue with LVS results. the nets though are present in the layout generated spice file, it is shown as no matching nets in the lvs output (as seen in the comp2.out) . However in the file meant for postlayout, the nets seem to appear, and the postlayout simulation works fine. And, I have shared (and sometimes interchanged) the diffusions of source and drain wherever possible. Could that be a problem? The attachments are: nand.spice - layout generated spice file. comp2.out- the lvs comparison output without extracted capacitances.

You have probably made a mistake in the drain/source/gate connections when inter-digitizing fingers. I would suggest making a finger plan on paper and check the connections in magic with that.

I'm having this same problem with lvs, but I can't find a mistake with my fingers. @Arunachalam S Did you resolve this issue?
