Actually I saw that the other day and it probably is a concern---all of those layouts are either custom (in the case of the SRAM) or custom edits (for the two standard cells). I need to check if I created an off-grid error in the edits. There's an off-grid check in klayout that can be used to check the SRAM pinv_dec cells.
