Hi @User, magic reports a DRC error in the standard cell sky130_fd_sc_hd_a2111oi_0 regarding the licon.8a (poly overlap of poly contact < 0.08um in one direction). This error was not reported from Klayout (FE/BEOL) check. So, I am sure whether it can be waived or we must revise the layout of this standard cell?

The layout for this cell was revised and the corrected GDS for the cell is installed by open_pdks.

@User I tried to install open_pdks from your repo but got this warning

configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --enable-sky130-pdk

How do I enable it? Or can you point me to the gds of that cell? Thanks.

@User We encountered a similar problem in MPW2, a quick solution would be to exclude

sky130_fd_sc_hd_a2111oi_0

this and

sky130_fd_sc_hd__buf__16

.

sky130_fd_sc_hd__buf__16

has a similar issue.

Thanks @User, I just want to quick replace the cell if it can fix the errors (only 4 cells in the design). Otherwise, it will take much more time to reimplement the design.
